Located within five hours (300 miles) of 25 percent of the U.S. population, Watkins Glen International is the premier road racing facility in North America, three-times voted “Best NASCAR Track” by readers of USA Today. The Glen hosts a diverse portfolio of premier sports car, open wheel and stock car races throughout the year.
Work Week: 25 – 30 hours during event weeks, with possibility for additional hours
May 19 – 21, June 17 – 20, June 23 – 27, July 8 – 11
August 1 – 8, September 9-12, September 16 - 19
Duration: Seasonal 5 Months (May - September)
- Two years’ experience with customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation and able to work with the public
- Ability to work event weeks with flexible hours
Applicants should possess the following skills:
- Works well under pressure
- Fullfill credential requests for events
- Assist with registration office duties during events
- Assist with customer questions
- Other duties as assigned
