Here at McLaren Racing we host a range of work experience and internship programmes:
- Work Experience: You will have the opportunity to spend 1 week with a department here at McLaren Racing, gaining an insight into what we do. This could be across production, technical, race or marketing. This programme is for those currently at school/college.
- Summer interns: Typically a 3 month placement during the summer, where you will have the opportunity to work on projects and to contribute to the teams success. This programme is for undergraduates and you will be required to study particular degree disciplines depending on the area of the team you're interested in.
- Placement years: 12 month internships for those currently studying a bachelors or masters degree programme and you will be required to study particular degree disciplines depending on the area of the team you're interested in. Placement year students join us in the summer each year typically.
Please note that all programmes are subject to review each year and the departments and quantity of opportunities will vary depending on team requirements.
Job requirements
Requirements will vary by programme but we are looking for talent that is passionate about a career in motorsport and who will help us on our fearless pursuit towards winning in every series we race in.
