Stewart-Haas Racing is seeking an experienced race engineer to support our NASCAR racing program
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, preparation and execution of race vehicles for the Sprint Cup circuit
- Support track and laboratory testing of vehicles and components
- This position could include extensive travel
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 4+ years of Design Engineering experience
- 2+ years of Motorsports experience (at track)
- Vehicle Dynamics experience (simulation / kinematic modeling)
- General programming experience preferring (MatLab, Visual Basic, etc)
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office products
- Data acquisition experience preferred
