Main tasks
- Responsibility for the implementation of savings and costs
- Monitoring and ensuring delivery reliability
- Conducting research on potential vendors and services
- Comparing prices and quality to ensure the best conditions
- Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analysis
- Part orders towards the OEM
- Supplier selection and contract negotiations
- Support for development projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Logistics or similar education in relevant field
- Work experience as a Purchase Specialist or Purchase Assistant
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP (ERP)
- Good communication skills in English are essential
- Language skills in German are an advantage
- Ability to perform with intensive communication and high pressure within a team
