Property Services Manager

To help deliver against this global vision we are seeking a Property Services Manager to join our H&S and Facilities division, based in our Media and Technology Centre in Biggin Hill.   

Reporting through the Head of H&S and Facilities, you will be responsible for the operational compliance and maintenance (planned, responsive & capital) of the F1 office buildings.

The Role:

  • Manage all aspects of day to day facility compliance, including, Health & Safety, Fire, National Building Standards

  • Overseeing all aspects of hard services contract management including review of SLA’s and monitoring & demonstration of agreed KPI’s and standards

  • Own all elements of facilities compliance, including arranging external assessments/checks, owning the completion of remedial works, and reporting on holistic facility compliance (using software tools)

  • In conjunction with the Head of H&S and Facilities, manage the Property Services budget including regular review of financial reports and preparation of annual budget proposal

About You

A proactive and responsive individual, who has proven experience in similar roles managing hard FM services and facility infrastructure.

You have:

  • IWFM/CIOB accredited qualifications to an appropriate level

  • IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent H&S qualifications or experience

  • Experience scoping, operating and continually improving CAFM software solutions

  • People management experience (including coaching and development of individuals)

Desirable:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent

  • Experience implementing, or operating to, SFG20 standards
