Project Engineer

The position:

We are seeking a high potential Project Engineer to join our F1 Planning team. If you are passionate about planning, coordinating and delivering projects with a cross-functional team, and motivated by working in a fast-paced engineering environment, then we would be interested to hear from you.

Role purpose:

Our F1 operation is built around delivering a series of complex projects to quality, time and budget. Projects range from race-specific developments to full car programmes, involving input from a wide range of business functions. The Project Engineer role is to develop end-to-end plans for a group of assemblies, and work with each function to maintain the current status, flag issues and support with problem solving.

What we’re looking for:

Excellent academic background with a degree in engineering / science / maths or similar
Experience and passion for planning and project management
2+ years working in an engineering or manufacturing business
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to develop and nurture a diverse range of working relationships
