MSL Global is a specialist events company that works with a strong portfolio of high end, luxury brands. We provide a fully integrated events management service from design and build, hospitality and logistics. As a business we are growing and an exciting new full time opportunity has arisen for an account project manager to join our small and dedicated team as the main point of contact for some of our premium clients and their annual event programme.
About the role
The role of account manager is important to MSL Global. You are the face of our brand and what keeps our clients returning to us. You will be responsible for project managing bespoke motorsport events to ensure a smooth and effortless experience for our clients. You will also be responsible for building positive working relationships with key partners, suppliers and internal teams at all levels. A role where no two days are the same and a creative flair and innovative approach to work is favourable to keep us ahead of the competition and continually growing. This will include working within budgets and controlling project expenditure in order to deliver outstanding events and activities of the highest standard every time.
About you
We are looking for an experienced events account manager who has at least 12 months demonstrable event and project management experience. A self-starter with attention to detail and a methodical approach. You will need to be able to communicate effectively across all channels from taking the initial brief and working with suppliers, to the onsite delivery and organising of logistics within budget. This is a varied role for someone who is customer focused and a natural problem solver, who is able to multi task and work under pressure. Flexibility is paramount, you may be required to work weekends or evenings and there is also scope for travel in the UK and Europe.
