Product Support Analyst

Description

As a digital company that manages the entire car ownership lifecycle through our Apps and Website, providing great customer service experience to our prospects and customers through various digital channels is critical.  You will support the Digital Product team, to ensure that customer service inquiries are handled with care, issues are documented and resolved timely, and reported technical issues are handed off to engineering for troubleshooting  

As a Product Support Analyst, you will support Digital Product Managers during the software development process, manage the resolution of customer inquiries received through our digital channels, and help improve our digital user experience.  

More specifically, you will:  

  • Work with Digital Product Managers to perform research, gather requirements, and prepare tickets for the Development Backlog 
  • Work with Digital Product Managers and Developers to develop robust documentation 
  • Review, answer, and document customer service inquiries in a timely manner 
  • Work with other departments, such as Marketing, Finance, Design, and R&D for continuously improving our responses with most up-to-date company information 
  • Help with product testing and log reported technical issues 
  • Provide Powerpoint and other Presentation preparation support to the Digital Product team 

Qualifications:  

  • (Preferred) Experience in auto and/or software industry  
  • (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business or STEM field 
  • 2+ years of Professional working experience 
  • Intrinsically motivated individual with very strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to learn and adopt new processes quickly 

High Preferred: 

  • Experience working in a Startup previously 
  • Experience in a Business Analyst Role 
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle 
  • Aspiration to grow into a Product Management position
