We are seeking an aerodynamic product photographer with a passion for sport to join our growing team; working with the top Formula 1® teams and drivers from our HQ in Towcester, UK.
Reporting to the Production Manager, this is a full-time, office-based position within the hub of British Motorsport delivering marketing across both Memento Exclusives (mementoexclusives.com) and the newly launched F1 Authentics (f1authentics.com), the official online F1 auction.
You will be responsible for the product photography for Memento Exclusives, working on making our wide selection of F1 Memorabilia look fantastic for our range of websites. You will demonstrate a working knowledge of DSLR cameras and Photoshop with additional experience in producing product photography an advantage. A necessity to display a high level of attention to detail and to show pride in your work is a must.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Producing high quality and consistently attractive images, ensuring they are correctly exposed and colour consistent.
- Ensuring that all products are lit correctly, efficiently and creatively, in accordance with our company guidelines.
- Crop and process images, maintaining file size specification guidelines.
- Perform quality assurance on all images.
- Responsible for care and upkeep of studio equipment, props and supplies.
- All images are filed accurately in the relevant files for easy access.
Skills / Competencies required:
- Proven experience in ecommerce photography or similar.
- Experience using DSLR cameras
- Technical knowledge and practical experience of studio lighting.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Ability to work well to deadlines and under pressure.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
