We are looking for a Process Engineer inside the MM Process Engineering Function:

Within MM Process Engineering coordinate and ensure the achievement of objectives for his/her Function in accordance with PMO function through a deep support to BL / Plant Process Engineers on

Management of new products industrialization and supervision of the whole process

Respect of Cost , Quality and Time to Market targets
Activities in detail:

Support the MM Process Engineering Manager in the definition and continuous update of the Simultaneous Engineering, Industrialization & Launch Milestones and Activities Standard Guidelines accordingly to WCE and WCM Methodologies (EPM – WPI – EEM).

Plan and Coordinate in collaboration with MM Process Engineering Manager and the BL Process Engineers the implementation of the Simultaneous Engineering Industrialization & Launch Milestones and Activities focused to achieve the New Product Launch Quality and Transformation Cost Targets within the Program Timeline.

Guarantee the implementation of the new Product/Process Simultaneous Engineering since the Early Product’s Design Phases supporting the BL Process Engineers in guaranteeing Product Manufacturability and Quality through the front loading of Mfg. Standards/BP/DFA/DFM.

Monitor the New Product Simultaneous Engineering, Industrialization and Launch EPM – WPI – EEM activities execution and application to Manufacturing Processes to achieve targeted results.

Guarantee jointly with BL Process Engineers the introduction of the major Product/Process Changes required by Costumer on New Product Development and Launch phases.

Contribute to the definition and the respect of the New Product production ramp up curve in all product development phases supporting BL Process Engineers to solve product/process issues impacting the execution of the industrial plan.
