As a Chief Electronics Engineer you will lead engineering decision making impacting product integrity, ensuring our products satisfy technical specifications, operational requirements and above all, meet customer expectations.

The Role

As Chief Electronics Engineer you will take a technical leadership role in all stages of the development lifecycle, from initial concept generation through to final delivery and support particularly with respect to power and control electronics.

Take ownership over understanding client requirements and drivers and foresee technical challenges, successfully interacting with clients both technically and commercially.

Help define new business streams, provide technical input in developing business opportunities and develop customer proposals.

Lead the definition of technical solutions, systems architectures and design solutions for product or system developments.

Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust system solutions and products ready for manufacture

Managing internal and external resources to meet the design, build, test and manufacturing criteria

Drive progress confidently and competently, innovating and improving the company’s core technology and engineering processes
