3DExperience is Alpine F1 Team’s new fully integrated Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform. Almost every aspect of designing and developing our cars is supported by 3DExperience. We are looking for an experienced PLM Developer who will have responsibility for developing, testing, and deploying 3DExperience server and client applications to support and improve our PLM solution.
PLM Developer (3DExperience) – The Role
Your primary responsibility will be to develop, test, and deploy 3DExperience applications. This will primarily include developing native client applications (using CAA, CATIA configuration, CATSettings, BI Essentials and EKL) but also server applications (using Java, JSP, MQL, TCL, JavaScript). You will develop, test, and deploy 3DExperience native client macros using a variety of languages. You will develop and test APIs to support integrations between 3DExperience platform and external systems (e.g. ERP D365, existing databases, planning tools, etc). You will support regression testing of existing developments and customisations and provide 3DExperience user support.
PLM Developer (3DExperience) – The Person
We are looking for an individual who has proven experience as a 3DExperience developer (2017x or above) with strong knowledge of software development and integration technologies. You will have very good development and design experience on the 3DExperience client and server side and good development and design experience on 3D Dashboard. You will have in depth knowledge and experience on 3DExperience development languages, including JavaScript, Java, MQL, TCL, BL, VBA, VSTA and CAA
You will have experience in CAD data migration using Dassault Systems methodologies (FBDI, XPDM and DBDI), as well as experience integrating 3DExperience using REST services and other API architectures. We are looking for an adaptable individual, committed to deadlines and willing to work in a fast-paced environment alone or as part of a team.
