Main tasks
- Coordinate and support the car crew to prepare the race car prior to each test and race event (documents, set-up instructions, ...)
- Take responsibility of the race car during tests and race events: performance follow-up, team coordination and decision making in high pressure situations
- Ensure the legality and safety checks of the dedicated race car
- Work in close relationship with the driver, co-driver, mechanics and design office to ensure a continuous improvement of the car performances
- Prepare race and test specific documents
- Provide detailed post-events reports, listing possible issues / reasons / improvement potential /
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor degree in engineering or a comparable qualification or a completed training for technicians with experience in motorsports
- Several year-experiences in competitive motorsport
- Good knowledge in using Windows and MS-Office
- Knowledge of Wintax, Matlab and / or CATIA would be a plus
- Good English skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, practical and responsible method of work
- Willingness to participate in global events and tests
