Purpose of the Role:
- Implement a strategic approach to people analytics, producing models and gathering insights to influence people-related decisions
- Oversee the overall data practice, sustaining and maintaining data quality across the People Team
- Respond to the People Team’s data and analytics needs, including reporting and dashboard development projects
- Using data to provide power visualisations that tell a story, identify trends and issues and be part of the solution across a range of People data
Principal Accountabilities:
- Produce quantitative analysis of people data from multiple people systems (HRIS, recruitment, performance, surveys) and tell the story behind the data
- Provide a before and after picture to assess the effectiveness of initiatives
- Supporting the Partnering team to manage and improve the monthly and quarterly reporting process, producing people data, comparing with internal and external trends
- Use the HRIS to provide accurate information to the business, interrogating the data and ensuring the wider team are maintaining the integrity of our employee data
- Research best practice methods and industry benchmarks
- Support with annual submissions including benchmarking reports, pay and reward annual processes, and gender pay gap reporting
