Working in the Commercial Team, the Partnership Strategy Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning of integrated marketing plans that drive impact for our Commercial Partners and wider Formula E initiatives. 
 
You will act as the conduit between Formula E’s wider Brand, Marketing, Communications and Media functions to devise short and long-term strategies aligned to Partners’ brand and marketing objectives and KPIs.  
 
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Effectively work in collaboration with Partnership Activation Team to understand Partners’ brand and marketing objectives, target audiences, key markets and budgets to define a brief for activation of Formula E activity
  • Capitalise on knowledge of Partner objectives, target audience and tone of voice to help develop marketing assets that will allow Formula E marketing initiatives to be brought to life across Partner & Team channels
  • Act as a liaison with Formula E’s Brand, Marketing, Communication and Media functions to proactively identify and develop opportunities that will deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for Partner and Formula E initiatives
  • Coordinate the strategic planning process to devise integrated activation plans that reflect Partners’ specific objectives and deliver against Partners’ brand and business KPIs 
  • Collaborate with Insights and Planning & Operations specialists to utilise insights, market trends, consumer reports and analytical trends to inform and validate the strategic planning approach for Partners
  • Work with the Brand Operations Director to ensure all partner marketing initiatives are on-brand, well presented and consistent with Formula E’s style, quality and tone of voice
  • Monitor the activation of Partner marketing efforts to maximise the success of campaign planning by ensuring activity delivers against KPIs, and adjusting accordingly
  • Oversee specific and accurate reporting processes and post campaign analysis of partnership marketing initiatives to clearly demonstrate the value an association with Formula E delivers to Partners’ objectives, and to apply learnings to future activity.  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

  • Demonstrated experience developing integrated marketing solutions for B2B and B2C brands, aligned to brand and business objectives
  • An in-depth understanding of online and offline channels
  • Experience utilising data and insights to inform strategic planning and evaluation
  • The ability to develop and commercialise innovative marketing and communications initiatives
  • A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • A desire to learn and develp with the team.
