Working in the Commercial Team, the Partnership Operations Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of Partner event and activation initiatives. 
 
You will act as the conduit between the Partnership Team and wider Formula E Event Operations to apply a best practice approach to the delivery of the event and activation requirements for Partners and Teams.  
 
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Oversee the strategic planning, scheduling and provision of event support for all Partner activation initiatives on race weekends including eVillage activations, partner hot laps, grid walks, tours, hospitality and ticketing
  • Devise clear communications materials (runsheets, internal & external briefing documents, Partner hospitality & ticketing communications) for race weekends to ensure all correspondence to internal and external stakeholders is timely, accurate and relevant
  • Work with the Brand Operations Director to ensure all Partner activation initiatives and events are on-brand, well presented and consistent with Formula E’s style, quality and tone of voice
  • Oversee effective reporting processes and post-event analysis of partnership activation initiatives
  • Nurture strong relationships with Event Management, Event Production, Event Experience and Hospitality teams by ensuring a regular and accurate information flow 
  • Act as a liaison across internal race planning and review meetings to ensure Partnership Activation Team receive timely, accurate and relevant material relating to race planning
  • Proactively identify and develop new opportunities to activate commercial partnerships that will drive mutually beneficial outcomes for Partners, Teams and the Championship at race events and outside the circuit
  • Oversee the coordination, scheduling and deliver of Partnership Summits and Commercial Partnership Days
  • Provide activation and event support for partnership integration across FIA Girls on Track and FIA Smart Cities programmes. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven track record working in a live event environment across major tournaments/events
  • Experience working with Commercial Partners to develop effective solutions based on brand marketing objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and commercialise innovative activation and event initiatives
  • A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • A desire to learn and develop with the team.
