Working in the Partner Services Team and reporting to the Snr. Partner Manager, the Partner Executive will be responsible for leading the delivery of several important supplier relationships within the team as well as providing account support to our global partners.

 

Purpose

  • Work alongside the senior partner managers & partner manager to support the delivery of contractual assets and industry leading activations for our key global partners.
  • Lead, nurture and grow key supplier relationships with the team.
  • Oversee effective team administration from budgeting through to ticketing, reporting and post-campaign analysis of partnership activation programmes.
  • Work closely with the partner operations team to deliver key projects and implement plans for partners.
  • Provide weekly reports to partners highlighting status of various workstreams and projects.
  • Lead on quarterly reports of partnership activity for the business
  • Collaborate with Partners on the development and timely approval of marketing collateral, ensuring it is consistent with Aston Martin Cognizant Formula One Teams image and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to effectively utilise data & insights to assist Partners in optimising partnership activity and maximise engagement.
  • Manage internal relationships with the communications, digital, social and content teams to embed the partnership programmes into the heart of Aston Martin Cognizant Formula One Team.
  • Update internal stakeholders to ensure they are kept abreast of Partner initiatives and programmes.
  • Encourage cooperation of Partners across the wider Aston Martin Cognizant Formula One Team family to enhance business relationships and activation programmes,
  • Support in the organisation and delivery of partner focussed events, working closely with the wider guest services team.
  • Possible travel to races worldwide (depending on partner programmes), to support the delivery of at track & supporting events for partners across the Formula One Race calendar.

 

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Experience working in a similar environment, within a commercial setting
  • Possess good working knowledge of Partner relationship activities
  • Possess a thorough understanding of customer relations/service and delivering these against company standards.
  • To be self-motivated and to motivate others to thrive in a challenging environment
  • Ability to calmly and confidently work under pressure to achieve targets and deliver results within required timescales
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • To communicate effectively, positively and respectfully with all colleagues & stakeholders
  • To have a flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a demanding and rapidly changing environment
