Part Time Credential Specialist

NASCAR is looking to hire a Part-time Credential Specialist. This person will be responsible for credentialing members for various racing events throughout the racing season for the national series.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but not limited to:

Review event rosters and remittance sheets for each event weekly.

Provision credentials to race teams and associates weekly.

Run reports for auditing.

Input specific pass numbers into registration system.

Verifies identification and issues credentials to guests of the teams and the company’s sponsors.

Check in NASCAR membership and verify status.

Works all threedayt National Series.

General office duties as needed.

Percent of travel required:  Will vary as conditions change

Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to interact professionally at all levels within an organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
