The Glen hosts a diverse portfolio of premier sports car, open wheel and stock car races throughout the year.
Work Week: 30 – 40 hours

Duties Include:
- Assist WGI Operations Team with annual events and the daily facility schedule.
- Assist Director of Events w / Event Management (Jumbotron’s, Shower Trailers, Porta - Potties, etc.)
- Coordinate with the WGI Operations team on the ordering of equipment rentals.
- Assist WGI Operations Team with Driver/Owner RV Lot Management.
- Assist WGI Operations Team with track rental logistics.
- Assist WGI Operations Team with facility and paddock management.
- Assist WGI Operations Team with equipment management.
- During and prior to major event weekends, event support will help with on-site coordination of track operations.
