Operations Manager

Location: Docklands, London

Overview

We are a specialist online motorsport ticketing & experiences agency embarking on an exciting journey to grow our company. We are expanding our existing ticketing business to reach out to international customers and
create unique travel experiences.

Reporting into the Head of Event Operations, this role will support the
operations function and ensure smooth running of all events.

Main Duties 

Duties include:

  • Assigned responsibility for a select number of events
  • Key supplier sourcing and outreach
  • Working with international venues and suppliers to build great relationships
  • Setting-up and maintaining our online shop for events
  • Sales forecasting
  • Managing customer bookings and placing orders with suppliers
  • Processing invoices
  • CRM Management and Data Entry
  • Fulfilling customer bookings
  • Any other adhoc tasks as relevant to the company
