YOUR MISSION

We are currently looking for an Operations Coordinator, Finance to join our growing team in Westford, MA. The ideal candidate will support operations and IT teams with policy and procedures, vendor management and support our retail stores with financial supplies and tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support with process improvements such as store development, operations and IT with financial processes.
  • Support and assist with Retail Financial email Inbox and monthly mail
  • Manage Credit Card disputes and assist with Retail Finance Vendor tasks (Brinks, Fiserv, TSYS NUS etc.)
  • Ensure vendor voices are accurate and prepare and upload Journal Entries as needed
  • Assist with month end close processes, Budgeting/Forecasting tasks and expense analysis.

YOUR TALENT

  • 2 years+ of retail/operations or equivalent experience
  • Retail Store or Operations
  • Ability to work with different teams, systems and apply successful time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management skills and planning.
