Our award-winning advanced simulators are in daily use by engineers around the globe to design and develop vehicle dynamics, associated subsystems and assistive technologies for high prestige projects in road car and motorsport applications.
We are looking for an Operations assistant to add to our Operations group at our factory and R&D facility in Hethel, Norfolk, England.
The role
Working in the Operations department,the successful candidate will assist with aspects of the day to day running of the company. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Managing the lifecycle of the procurement of parts and materials.
- Issuing purchase orders and drawings for manufacture.
- Project documentation (Bill of materials, project checklists etc).
- Booking/organisation of international travel and accommodation for the support and service team.
- Monthly operational checks.
- Operating the companies' health and safety procedures
- Arranging logistics& shipping.
This position is preferably a full-time position, but part time would be considered for the right applicant. Standard working hours of 08:30 - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with 30mins lunchbreak.
