Operations Analyst

The position:

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Operations team, reporting directly to the Head of Production Control.

 

The role:

The Operations Analyst will work closely with the Operations Management team to enable data-driven decision making across the whole process, from design release to part delivery. The Analyst will support and maintain standard operational KPI and OKR, business case development and strategic projects as required. They will also interface with Planning and Engineering on projects requiring and input of Operations data.

 

Core Skills:

The successful candidate will be confident working in Excel, and Power BI with large and varied data sets. They will have a talent for breaking down and explaining complex concepts to a wide range of stakeholders and will be comfortable building relationships at all levels of the business. They will have previous experience in a data analysis role supporting continuous improvement and strategic projects.
