Online Aftersales Administrator

As we continue to expand the online retail and aftersales support of our car components, we are looking for an Online Aftersales Administrator to join our sales team who can manage the day to day running of the online shop and develop our online selling capabilities.

 

Duties will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day working of the online shop.

  • Picking orders ready to dispatch to customers across the world.

  • Updating and developing the online shop’s contents.

  • Maintain knowledge of the latest legal and commercial requirements for selling to markets across the world.

 

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have strong IT skills with attention to detail and excellent presentation.

  • Have knowledge and an interest in one or more of sales, online retail, customer service, accounts or commercial law.

  • Have an interest in motorsport.

  • Have excellent communication and teamwork skills and capable of providing a professional image at all times.

  • Be willing to learn and develop new skills.

 

The role would suit a self-motivated team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. The role requires a consistently high level of performance and quality in a highly pressurised and time sensitive environment. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
