Network Technician (M/F) for our Formula 1 Team

When Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton talks to his pit crew, an announcer gets cues from the control room, or a referee at the Olympic Games consults with the time keepers – all of this is made possible by products from Riedel Communications.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this position, you are a member of our experienced and professional motorsport team that is responsible for the planning, construction, installation and service of radio,  intercom and network customer projects for the Formula 1.

Your area of ​​responsibility is:

  • Operation and support of the Cisco, Windows, Linux & VMware based IT infrastructure 
  • Support, administration and documentation of network components
  • Failure localisation and troubleshooting
  • Responsibility for on-time and quality fulfilment of all service standards
  • First point of contact for the customer 
  • Technical reporting internally and to the customer
