NDT Technician (Nightshift)

We have a new vacancy within our team as an NDT Technician (Nightshift).  This position will be within our based at our factory in Enstone, Oxfordshire.

 

NDT Technician – The Role

Within this vital role, the post holder will be responsible for performing and maintaining non-destructive Testing on composite and metallic components. They will be required to create and update NDT reports and liaise with designers, engineers and project delivery to ensure we hit all due dates for internal project, test or race deadlines.

 

NDT Technician – The Person

Candidates will ideally be certified to Ultrasound, Eddy Currents, Magnetic Particle, Dye Penetrant to EN 4179 or above. Acoustic Emission and digital X-ray/ CT would be an advantage. Experience of inspecting components to the required non-destructive testing standards.

The successful candidate will be able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure and be self-motivated, organised, show a high level of technical competence and sound communication skills. We are looking for an individual who will be flexible in their approach as possible travel to events may be required.
