Your Role & Responsibilities
- Interfaces with various individuals at our customers and different locations within the MAHLE organization. Acts as primary contact with race teams and other customers.
- Takes responsibility for customer satisfaction and follows the company’s strategies, goals and missions.
- Understands customer requirements and tasks in order to be able to lead and define the most competitive, reliable and acceptable way to fulfill these requirements within the limitations of the company's strategies, goals, missions, and production capabilities.
- Coordinates performance piston and related components development projects from the design phase through the production phase. Coordinates research and testing activities conducted jointly with potential customers of the company’s products. This requires handling the necessary correspondence and customer contacts related to the application and sales duties of the assigned accounts. It also includes general administration duties as well as special assignments as needed.
- Follows up on newly developed techniques and practices in order to be able to support our customers in their piston development programs and other aspects relevant to MAHLE Motorsports.
- Follows market trends and keeps management informed on all important issues concerning assigned accounts. Organizes and prepares technical presentations for our customers.
- Represents company at industry trade shows and association meetings to promote product.
Your Skills & Strengths
Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
