We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to work within our Sales and Technical department. Must have knowledge or a keen interest in cars - No cold calling

By having outstanding communication, sales and organisational skills, you will be our main point of call for our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
- Answering all incoming calls
- Advising our customers the right products for their vehicles.
- Placing customer orders
- Replying to customer queries via email.
- Keeping customers updated throughout their order processing time.
- Handling our social media platforms
Requirements:
- Working knowledge and keen interest in cars (applications will not be considered without this)
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must have worked in a similar job role.
- Experience in graphic design, photo editing and website development will be a bonus
40 hours per week Monday to Friday
