Job Description

We are looking for a talented, energetic Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations Developer who loves hands-on work digging into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365) architecture to support the evolving needs of the business. If you're a driven individual with expertise in D365 and Lifecycle Services, we want to talk to you!

This qualified candidate will have a solid background in software development fundamentals and have a deep understanding of D365 and industry best practices. The right candidate must be able to follow established standards and communicate effectively with the cross-functional teams and our user community. In this role, you will be involved in multiple development projects across many business functions for many different business purposes.

Essential Functions

  • Involved in all aspects of development, including analysis, design, programming, documentation, implementation, and troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Certified Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert or equivalent
  • Involved in D365 upgrade, backups, and clone test instance
  • Capturing requirements and performing fit/gap analysis
  • Implements solutions including evaluating the design and implementation plan, validating security requirements are implemented, and reviewing and advising with a Go-Live Assessment
  • Understanding of cloud architecture and administration
  • Basic comprehension of databases and working with data and writing queries; Microsoft SQL Server is preferred
  • The ability to take the initiative and develop a strong understanding of business needs is a critical aspect of this position
  • Communicate effectively with people using a variety of communication methods, including writing (paper and e-mail), speaking, and listening to communicate project status, and document projects and programs
  • Work cooperatively with others on a team to share information, resolve conflicts, and make decisions
  • Issue/Bug code resolutions
  • Environment code promotions and moves
  • ISV deployments and updates
  • Environment Monitoring / Uptime
  • Microsoft Support ticket creation
  • Batch job maintenance and monitoring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical environment
  • 2-year development in Dynamics 365
  • 3-5 years of development experience with development
  • Appreciate the need for continuous lifelong learning
  • Exhibit ethical, responsible, and dependable behavior
  • A collaborative, team-player
