We are seeking an (out-of-trade) Light Vehicle Apprentice initially a part-time position (progressing to full-time) in our modern workshop located in Warragul with an immediate start for the suitable person.
The suitable person would hold the following traits:
- Completed the 2nd yr of your Light Vehicle Apprenticeship and keen to become qualified
- Hold a current Manual Victorian Driver's Licence
- Have a natural gift and enthusiasm for Automotive Repairs
- You will be specialising working on European Vehicles and Porsches
- Show drive and initiative to successfully complete your apprenticeship and TAFE Training ahead of time
- Have competent communication skills
- Able to a team player
- Able to keep a clean and tidy work space
- Adhere to OH & S guidelines in the workshop at all times
- Able to take directions when being trained in the Work Shop
- Punctual and Reliable - able to keep start and finish times without question.
Monday - Friday ( Part-time leading to Full-time in the future ) Days to be negotiated
We specialise working on European vehicles and Porsches. We do a lot of jobs for Collections, Motorsports and Restorations. we are looking for that right person with a natural drive and enthusiasm and gift for Automotive Repairs. You need to be switched on for this position! It is a rare opportunity that does not come by that often. The gifted successful individual will receive quality training in the workshop.
