Within our facility in Enstone, we are looking to hire the most talented individuals to support our mission. As part of this team, we are looking for a Junior Support Crew member to join our Race Team.
Junior Support Crew – The Role
Reporting to the Support Crew Chief, this is a travelling role working within the Support Crew. Responsibilities could include garage setup and pack-down, equipment maintenance wheel and tyre preparations, fuel handling, electrical setup and pneumatic setup.
Junior Support Crew – The Person
The successful candidate will have motorsport experience to F3/GP3/F2 level, be prepared to work as part of a team and have a willingness to learn all aspects involved in supporting a large Formula One race team. They will be a confident individual who is self-motivated and adaptable.
