Job Description
Red Bull Technology are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst/ Onboarding Coordinator to join the bustling IT department and contribute towards the continued success of a double Championship winning team.
This position will be key in delivering day-to-day data across all aspects of the employee life cycle, including on-boarding training and off-boarding. You will streamline and manage from ‘new starter’ process from end to end and maintain accurate employee records by using appropriate IT systems. This is in addition to 1st line end user support.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly motivated to provide excellent customer services. As well as a proactive, self-starter with excellent communication skills and the proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the business both internally and externally.
Experience/Skills required for this IT Support Analyst/ Onboarding Coordinator position:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Previous experience using Microsoft 365 platforms, Azures AD, Exchange would be highly desirable
- IT Helpdesk system management
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to reason through problems and anticipate issues / implications
