IT Helpdesk Specialist

Your Responsibilities

  • First Level Support
  • Interface to the central IT department and external service providers
  • Acceptance of customer inquiries with internal documentation in the ticket system
  • Support of users in all IT-relevant issues (1st-level support)
  • Installation, configuration and management of hardware and software (workstations in Windows), user training and documentation
  • Device, account and license management

Your Profile

  • Training as IT system electronics specialist, IT specialist / system integration,
  • Good, field-proven knowledgeMS Windows (Client & MS Office)
  • Basic knowledge Microsoft Active Directory
  • Basic knowledge ITIL, ISO27001
  • Network knowledge
  • Communication and team skills
  • Analytical and conceptual skills
  • Good German and English skills
