Your Responsibilities
- First Level Support
- Interface to the central IT department and external service providers
- Acceptance of customer inquiries with internal documentation in the ticket system
- Support of users in all IT-relevant issues (1st-level support)
- Installation, configuration and management of hardware and software (workstations in Windows), user training and documentation
- Device, account and license management
Your Profile
- Training as IT system electronics specialist, IT specialist / system integration,
- Good, field-proven knowledgeMS Windows (Client & MS Office)
- Basic knowledge Microsoft Active Directory
- Basic knowledge ITIL, ISO27001
- Network knowledge
- Communication and team skills
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Good German and English skills
