M-Sport are a renowned world championship winning team, involving some of the greatest names and achievements known within the motorsport industry. Based on the historic Dovenby Hall Estate on the doorstep of the scenic Lake District, our team of highly skilled Technicians and Engineers work closely together throughout each step, from design, to building and manufacturing, and then running our elite competitive cars on stages and tracks around the world.
We looking to recruit both Junior and Experienced Hydraulics Technicians for our ever-growing Global Motorsport Engineering company. These roles are required immediately to support our busy programs both in the workshop and on event if desirable.
Duties will include:

Building, setup and commissioning of our range of competition Hydraulic parts for Ford Puma and Fiesta.

Servicing customer hydraulic systems for 2017 WRC Ford Fiesta and Ford Focus WRC.

Attending race/rally events worldwide to provide technical support.
The ideal candidate should:

Be educated to technician level.

Have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.

Have a strong analytical approach and a meticulous attention to detail.

Always offer a professional image to clients, sponsors etc.

Previous motorsport experience would be an advantage but not essential.
The role requires a consistently high level of performance and quality in a highly pressurised and time sensitive environment. This vacancy would be suitable for a candidate who is self-motivated, tenacious and be able to work alone or as part of a team with an enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude.
