In this role you will be responsible for car’s hydraulic assemblies first preparation, testing support and overhaul.

WORK WITH TEST AND RACE TEAM AS PART OF A MECHANICS CREW CLOSELY WITH THE TEAMS CHIEF MECHANIC AND ENGINEERING STAFF.
- TO WORK ON ASSEMBLIES RETURNED FROM THE TRACK FOLLOWING SERVICE SCHEDULE PREPARED BY THE ASSEMBLY MANAGER: UNBOXING, CLEANING, SERVICING, AND PREPARING THEM FOR THE NEXT SHIPMENT.
- ENSURE THAT FACTORY PROCEDURES (BUILD, STRIP, SERVICE, BOXING, HANDLING PROCEDURES) ARE ALWAYS FOLLOWED AND RESPECTED.
- COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH THE OTHER DEPARTMENTS.
- EXECUTE THE DAY-TO-DAY TASKS, PROVIDING FEEDBACK TO HIS DIRECT MANAGER.
- TO MAINTAIN AND DEVELOP GOOD RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGUES & OTHER DEPARTMENTS.
- PROVIDE FLEXIBLE ATTENDANCE AND ATTITUDE TO WORK, BOTH IN LINE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE AND ANY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROJECTS.

EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Automotive experience as mechanic, ideally in motorsport.
- Preferrable mechanical experience with hydraulic components.
- Ability to modulate his own work rhythm to rapidly changing situation and targets.
- Ability to scope all tasks thoroughly.
- Deliver timely information and reporting (delivering to deadlines set on the job list and keeping on top of communication).
- Initiative and Innovation.
- Ability to work with the team, external suppliers, and colleagues.
- Italian language is a must, English is highly recommended.
- Travel up to 75%
