Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Sr. Manager of TA and HR and Manager, HR and Benefits to provide support to Fisker employees, candidates and improving overall employee experience with resourceful mindset 
  • Act as helpful resource for benefit inquires and policies and procedures 
  • Monitor HR Inbox, pending approvals for time off, demographics and HRIS system notifications 
  • Experience with completing I-9 forms and maintaining I-9 files
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters such as the security of information data 
  • Able to pull reports and provide analytics related to people metrics through HRIS system 
  • Support TA with scheduling interviews, posting roles, processing onboarding paperwork, New Hire Orientation and sourcing applicants through ATS or LinkedIn 
  • Sending NDAs to applicants, vendors etc. 
  • Working with HRIS rep to improve system experience and implementing new processes needed 
  • Maintaining Master Data spreadsheet, Org Charts, Dashboards and more 
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree 
  • 4+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Customer-service mindset with an exceptional “can-do” attitude, service-oriented, self-started and flexible 
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure
  • Prior experience working with a full-suite HRIS preferred (i.e. Paylocity)
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Strong strategic thinking and honed analytical skills - able to help others make connections and see the big picture
