HR and Payroll Administrator

The position:

We are looking for an HR and Payroll Administrator to join our HR team, reporting directly to the Head of HR Operations.

 

The role:

As HR and Payroll Administrator you will provide professional, timely, proactive, accurate payroll, benefits and HR administration to support the work of the HR team. You will act as the first point of call for employee queries around payroll and benefits.

 

This would include:

·       Logging and updating accurate and timely real-time updates to HRIS for all employees

·       Processing and inputting employee new starters/leavers to all portals

·       Processing and inputting employee changes and amendments to contracts to portals

·       Checking real time amendments in data against payroll net variance reports

·       Taking responsibility for completing tasks assigned to you in the HR Inbox

·       Working with the HR Business Analysts to monitor, analyse and report on key HR Data/KPIs such as turnover of staff, sickness absence etc. to identify key data trends; suggest modifications to the HR Dashboard and reporting

 You will be:

·       Proficient and comfortable using multiple technology platforms, including experience and competency with Excel

·       Resilient with the ability to work and prioritise under pressure

·       Able to work autonomously and use own initiative whilst being able to act as an effective and efficient team member

·       Deal confidently and sympathetically with a diverse range of people, using good interpersonal and credible influencing skills

·       Able to manage stakeholders with excellent verbal and written skills which can be tailored to be reflective of the audience

·       Able to quickly forge relationships, win trust and build confidence

·       Able to maintain confidentiality at all times

·       Able to work flexibly in an agile way in order to meet deadlines and respond positively and constructively to feedback

 

Desirable skills:

·       Experienced of Workday and payroll systems
