The Head of Legal will take over the overall responsibility for all legal relevant matters of Scuderia AlphaTauri, setting up and establishing the legal function at Scuderia AlphaTauri (new position at the unit) that has to be at the best standard of the reference business.

EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience, either at a law firm or in a legal department at an international company, preferably in the motorsport, sport or fashion industry
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proven contract drafting skills.
- Business acumen; entrepreneurial
- Excellent analytical skills
- Accurate, precise and fast style of working
- Self-starter and proactive personality
- Ability to focus on and execute mission critical priorities in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Ability to convince and impact
- Law degree, bar exam, ideally post-graduate degree.
- Fluent English and Italian is mandatory.
