Guest Relations Coordinator

About The Role

Every F1 win is the result of incredible teamwork. Making it happen takes the same level of skill, dedication and teamwork from the Formula 1 team. We’re looking for a Guest Relations Coordinator to join our team, providing guest coordinator support to the President and CEO’s office, reporting through the Executive Assistant at our HQ in St James’s Market.

You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Arranging accreditation for all CEO office guests
  • Explaining all accesses and anticipating guest needs
  • First rate customer service skills on telephone and in person
  • Engage and build relationships with colleagues, and guests, quickly assessing guests needs and flexing style appropriately.

About You

As a highly experienced Guest Relations Coordinator, looking after VIP guests is second nature to you, allowing you to deliver a seamless guest experience for all guests.

 

Experience:

  • Substantial customer service experience gained in a high-profile environment
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Ability to interact effectively and communicate with a wide range of people and personalities, including external suppliers and third parties
  • Ability to work under time constraints and pressure
  • Fluency in another language would also be beneficial
  • Flexibility to travel frequently as the role requires
