Job Description:

NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Guest Fulfillment Center Assistant based in our Daytona Beach, Florida office.

This person will be responsible for customer service and office assistance for the Guest Fulfillment Center office, as well as credentialing guests at various racing events throughout the racing season.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Customer service and customer communications both in person and over the phone.
  • Investigates and resolves issues with guests not included on a guest list.
  • Issues credentials to guests of the teams and the company’s sponsors.
  • Assists with set up for the credentials office at events scheduled to work.
  • Clerical work including answering phones and data entry.
  • Balances cash and credit card receipts at the end of each day open for business.

Required skills / experience:

  • 1-2 years’ related customer service and clerical experience
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to travel 20%, including weekends
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
