Our key to success is an organisation that values passion, integrity, and respect. To help deliver against this global vision we are seeking a Gaming Licensing Manager to join the Commercial Partnerships team based at our HQ in St James’s Market.

This role will work with the wider Gaming & Esports team to drive commercial upside and fan engagement for Formula 1. This will involve refreshing the gaming and licensing strategies that meet these objectives and turn the area into a key revenue stream for the business and is compelling to fans, media platforms and commercial partners.

The role:

  • Work with Licensing and Gaming team on upweighted commercial deals

  • Manage key partners such as EA Sports

  • Deliver constant updates and comprehensive data analysis to support the functioning of the core business revenue functions

  • Work with the Marketing team to design and implement marketing and creative campaigns, tracking and monitoring their performance and success

  • Work with legal team to define and manage rights of existing and prospective gaming partners

About You

With your entrepreneurial mindset you can spot opportunities that can be exploited commercially and relishes the challenge of operating in a re-alignment and scale-up environment.

You have:

  • Relevant video games / licensing experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Excellent people skills with a high level of empathy and the ability to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization with other internal departments
