As one of our production team members you will be working in a small multifunctional team where you are empowered to improve the way we do things; especially around quality, cost control, productivity and safety.
Who are we looking for?
You will naturally have an understanding and ability follow detailed work instructions relating to the construction, painting or assembling of vehicles (or other mechanical assemblies for that matter).
We work in a fast passed environment so the ability to work under pressure and ensure all operations are completed within the given timeframe and to the McLaren standards are imperative.
As part of the McLaren family you will be working within a team so team players are a must. You will work together to define and solve problems that may affect the quality, cost or productivity of the production process and will also act as brand ambassadors by ensuring your stations are always kept clean and tidy in line with the McLaren brand.

Requirements:
- No formal qualifications are necessary; however a foundation in engineering and/or experience within automotive or manufacturing would be a distinct advantage.
- Prior experience of working as part of a team is desirable as well as experience of working to timescales.
- Ability to follow processes set in place.
- Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability.
