Job Description:

Sebring International Raceway seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Front Gate Cashier based in our Sebring, Florida race track.

This position is an event worker position needed to work the SuperSebring events responsible for event ticket sales at the entry gates of Sebring International Raceway.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Customer service – greeting customers and providing them with friendly customer service and a pleasant experience.
  • Taking payment from customers for ticket sales in the form of cash or credit card and delivering the customer the correct ticket/parking pass from inventory assigned to Cashier.
  • Manage ticket and parking pass inventory throughout shift, communicating with Cashier Lead when a particular item is low and needs additional inventory.
  • With Lead Cashier, after shift, reconcile their lock box and tickets sold from their inventory.
  • Review Final ticket reconciliation report for signature as Seller.

Required skills / experience:

  • 6 months related experience or training in customer services, sales, banking.
  • Proficient in computer knowledge and skill.
  • Ability to handle cash and credit cards.
  • Friendly, outgoing and customer service oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
