Ferrari Marketing Internship

Ferrari has a most desirable track record: outstanding results, a unique product portfolio and an iconic, global brand. Above all Ferrari is a team of dedicated colleagues from 29 different nationalities, working with the highest level of excellence and professionalism and ensuring innovation and continuous improvement at the heart of our organisation.

Ferrari offers selected students with an outstanding academic track record and international experience an opportunity to discover our business model and to contribute and learn during a 6-month internship with our team in Singapore (Ferrari Far-East team).
Working directly with the Head of Marketing in the Far-East region, you have the opportunity to track and follow-up on the detailed Marketing KPIs and marketing plans across 17 different markets across the region, and to support the implementation of regional events, including communications and event logistics. In more detail, you will act as project coordinator for the Ferrari 70th anniversary events, ensuring collection, analysis and evaluation as well as detailed budget planning in line with the marketing expenditure requirements. You will evaluate rendering and visuals, for validation with HQ in Italy. For the CRM activities, you will monitor customers and prospects, to ensure the qualitative leads-management towards the Sales team.
Working on the "numbers-side" you will ensure complete purchase order management, selecting vendors based on a qualitative selection process, and completing the invoice cycle with suppliers. And last but not least, you will prepare POS materials for the showroom (marketing, product, aftersales brochure) and support website monitoring.

Desired Skills and Experience
You will ideally be recent graduate (eligible for internship) or in your final year in a Business degree with excellent academic results. Ideally you will not only have a passion for automotive and/or the luxury market but also have gained a prior professional insight in a structured Marketing environment. Of course you have a solid first understanding of luxury environment and the specific expectations of our clients and prospects. Previous exposure to Project Management responsibilities would be an asset.
Clearly, we can expect you to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills (including strong PowerPoint, Excel mastery). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. Your ability to work quickly and effectively plan and prioritize will be key.
We require a fluent English speaker (written and spoken). This role requires fulltime attendance in the Ferrari Singapore offices.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
