Fan Growth Manager

To help deliver against this global vision, the Fan Engagement team are seeking a Fan Growth Manager to join the team and oversee an exciting period for fan engagement at F1. This is a hands-on, high output role and you will see at first hand the inner workings of a multi-billion dollar sports business. You will be involved in several areas that will firmly place F1 at the forefront of fan engagement. 

The role:

  • Increase revenue generation from F1 fans through targeted campaigns supporting - F1 Store, F1 Tickets, F1 Authentics, etc.

  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met across licensees and partners

  • Own for the F1 TV subscriber lifecycle – database acquisition, welcome, in-life engagement, churn prevention and winback

  • Continue to grow the number of data collection points across the F1 eco-system and the depth of data collected at each point

  • To work effectively with creative and data agencies

  • Work closely with Customer Service team to ensure insights are being used in campaign planning

About You

With your fan-centric mindset and inquisitive personality, you can draw inspiration and recommendations from external sources and understand data to drive changes in fan behaviour.

You have:

  • Proven extensive experience in a customer marketing role, client or agency side, managing lifecycles

  • Experience driving growth (data records and revenue) from a complex database with highly personalised communications

  • Specialist knowledge of delivering insight led engagement campaigns from briefing through to execution and reporting

Desirable:

  • Experience in sports, telecoms, financial services, entertainment business
