Mechanically minded individuals, if I said to you, I had a factory-based assembly role within an F1 team, would this get your attention?
Well here it is, we have partnered together to recruit for a factory-based technician who will be responsible for the assembly and repair of complex mechanical and composite assemblies used directly on the cars. The role will be on a contract basis initially but could lead onto a permanent position if there was an appetite, so if you have worked in a race team environment or in a composite manufacturing environment this could be for you.

What’s required;
They are looking for someone who gets the pace of the Motorsport industry as there are deadlines that must be hit to ensure the cars are on track. This will be part of a 15-person strong team who are responsible for assembly and repair of mechanical and composite components, so to recap; we are looking for previous hands on manufacturing or assembly experience ideally from a Motorsport team or manufacturer and it goes without saying an eye for detail.
