EXPERENTIAL MARKETING AND CRM SPECIALIST

Experiential Marketing and CRM are two extremely connected fields in within Ducati, which enhances its premium brand positioning by providing exclusive experiences to both existing and potential customers. 
Regional and national events, combined with the official Ducati community and exclusive brand experiences are just few examples of the range of projects that the Experiential Marketing and CRM specialist will handle together with the Marketing Director and the rest of Sales and Marketing Team. 
Ducati believes that Customer Relationship Management plays a fundamental role within the overall brand experience and perception. For this reason the candidate will be fully responsible of the APAC development and implementation of the central CRM project and vision, it’s monitoring and the steering of all markets towards the same direction.

 

Main Responsibilities
• Development and implementation of experiential marketing activities (in collaboration with the Marketing Director)
- Creative planning of experiential marketing activities
- Execution of experiential marketing projects
- Reference person for event agency
- In charge of event materials and set-up
- Point of reference between Ducati Asia, HQ and Asia importer
- International and Asia Press Launch coordinator
- Event supervision for Asia countries

• Market Coordination (in collaboration with the Marketing Director)
- Coordination of local marketing plans and monitoring of their execution
- Target definition and analysis of local marketing plans
- On-site presence for main activities of each market
- Local monthly marketing report collection 
- See and report sales and marketing opportunities in countries and share with 
sales team

• Community and Experience management
- Development and management of DOC community
- Implementation of Ducati Riding Experience program

• Event support
- Support to marketing director for main regional events
- Support on site for regional marketing events and press launches

• CRM and CSI 
- Implement the global strategy for CRM and CSI tools
- Training of all markets regarding the new CRM tools
- Monitoring the results of each project through CRM tools
- Further development of CSI tools for Asia

• KPI
- Collect and steer all marketing plans from distributors
- Integrate marketing plan on one platform and have all activities online visible 
in real time
- Support markets in realizing planned marketing activities by priority
- Strengthen communication with importers and change perception from 
policing to steering and supporting
- Full CRM tool implementation in all market
- Support and improve distributors CRM Management
- Improvement of the quality of Customer’s database 
- Further improve survey to better measure sales and after sales customer 
satisfaction

Areas of responsibility: Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, New Caledonia, Nepal, Myanmar, Taiwan, Macau and Cambodia.
