About us

The ABB FIA Formula E Championship is the world’s first fully-electric international single-seater racing series and one of the fastest growing sports on the planet.

Consisting of some of the world’s finest drivers and greatest car manufacturers, the Championship brings close-combat, wheel-to-wheel racing to the streets of the most progressive cities.

Formula E is more than just a race. With a grid made up of all-electric cars, it’s a competitive platform to test and develop road-relevant technologies, helping to refine the design of electric vehicles while promoting the uptake of clean mobility to tackle air pollution on a global scale.

Working with us

At Formula E, we have created an environment that supports our colleagues to perform at their best. We are innovative, curious and we love the world we live in which is why we value sustainability. We believe that work should be fun and, whilst we are passionate about delivery, we are one team and supporting each other is key to our success.

Your role

This role is an event delivery and experiential position developing the fan experience and operating the Formula E fan zone, the Allianz E-Village. It is a contracted position to support the Season 6 event season and will involve exciting travel and the opportunity to grow your career journey with lots of opportunities to deliver key projects in a fast growing and innovative sports organisation.

The Allianz E-Village is a pivotal part of a Formula E weekend. It's a centrally located fan zone full of entertainment, educational and interactive experiences for fans to enjoy throughout the day. It is open to the general public and attracts up to 40,000 fans on race day.

The Allianz E-Village is the cultural capital of Formula E and sets an example as to how Formula E brings fans, drivers and teams closer together through autograph signing sessions and e-race gaming events pitching drivers against real fans.

In addition to this, the Allianz E-Village is where the energy is; there are music events, DJ's, chill out zones, learning zones, technological showcases, car manufacturer stands and a host of relevant exhibitors.

Over the past 5 seasons, the Allianz E-Village has grown from humble beginnings to what's described above. The challenge going forward is to innovate and transform the Allianz E-Village into the world class fan experience it must be.
