NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of a Enterprise Ticketing Specialist based in our Daytona Beach, FL office.

Job Summary:

The Enterprise Ticketing Specialist directly supports our mission by assisting with the development and execution of Consumer Admissions sales and operation strategies in effort to deliver the best buying experience, optimizing use of technologies and operational efficiencies. Specialist will work closely with track ticketing staff and assist with information gathering on a variety of promotional needs and report out results to leadership. Specialist is responsible for development of online forms for a variety of ticketing processes, gathering & cleaning data and reporting out results. Specialist will assist with campaign building in CRM system along with basic reporting & segmentation.

Essential Functions:

Performs any combination of the following duties according to specific departmental guidelines:

  • Assists with implementation of key Consumer Admissions strategic initiatives
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations on ways to enhance and simplify the online buying experience
  • Frequently review system setup to ensure a consistent structure providing a collective view of the data across the enterprise
  • Collaborate with the Data Strategy team and Sales Academy on CRM / Database initiatives including campaign creation and basic segmentation
  • Point of contact on Weather Protection Program gathering inquiries and working with Sales Center, Sales Academy and Track Partners on fulfilling eligible requests
  • Assists with a variety of research needs across the enterprise to make informed decisions on promotions, campaigns and operating procedures
  • Assists the Sr. Director, Consumer Strategy and Operations on enterprise-wide controls and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with ticketing software; preferably Tickets.com
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred; Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
  • Qualified candidate should have a strong knowledge of current sports ticket sales and operations
  • Box office experience preferred
  • 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Able to manage projects from conception to implementation
  • Familiarity with the sport of NASCAR is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in current and forward-looking technologies evolving the business of ticket sales and operations
  • Analytical-minded
  • Advanced excel skills requested
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Self-starter, able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
