Department Administrator

At M-Sport, we are dedicated to supporting motorsport manufacturing and customer programmes spread across a variety of National and International rally and race series on a vast range of stages and circuits in the most acclaimed motorsport championships. Our dedicated Administration Team work closely together to support all aspects of our business. 

Here at M-Sport Ltd, we currently have exciting opportunities for Department Administrators to assist within the following departments to carry out day-to-day administrative duties: 

 

  • Electrical. 

  • Engine Shop.

  • Transmissions. 

Duties will include:

  • Record keeping of all department work.

  • Parts lifting and stock control. 

  • Working with our in-house stock control systems.

  • Liaising with other departments i.e., Purchasing, Stores, Accounts.

  • Booking in all team and customer rebuilds into in-house systems. 

  • Handling customer inquiries.   

  • Working with the head of department to manage technicians' workloads.

The ideal candidate should:​

  • Have good communication and team working skills. 

  • Have knowledge of commercial invoices/customer requirements.

  • Have excellent telephone manners and be highly organised.

  • Have an excellent attention to detail.

  • Have strong IT abilities with an understanding of computerised stock control systems and competent in Microsoft Word and Excel. 

The role would suit a self-motivated team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
